Currently the logistics and manufacturing area is the most actively developed FEZ area. A major part of the area has already been prepared and it is used for “Greenfield” investments.

Logistics terminals, a pharmaceuticals producer, an industry automation company and a Finnish capital manufacturer of  insulation boards are located in this territory. Direct foreign investments in Kaunas FEZ account for 76% of all investments.

 

We offer land plots with complete infrastructure: asphalt road, water and sewerage systems, and gas and rainwater drainage systems up to the plot boundaries.

 

Subject to a written agreement, the infrastructure can be adjusted according to the specific needs of the business.
