On September 12, a delegation from the People’s Republic of China, headed by Yan Jungi, Vice-President of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, visited Kaunas Free Economic Zone (Kaunas FEZ), where they met with Ms. Ugnė Urniežiūtė, Marketing Director of Kaunas FEZ Management Company, and the managers of businesses already operating in the FEZ and discussed development possibilities of the Zone by attracting investors from the People’s Republic of China.

On September 7, a delegation from Böblingen District, Germany, visited Kaunas Free Economic Zone. The guests were received by representatives of Kaunas Free Economic Zone Management UAB, Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, pharmaceutical company Aconitum, and high-tech company Elinta.
