Polish visitors at Kaunas FEZ

On 5 August the Suwalki Special Economic Zone President Robert Paweł Żyliński, Vice President Józef Zbigniew Góralczyk, and Vice President Wojciech Kierwajtys paid a visit to Kaunas Free Economic Zone. During the meeting, the guests were introduced to the principles of Kaunas FEZ operations and the participants discussed the specific features of work in both economic zones. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the conference that will be held in Suwalki at the end of September. The conference will deal with the distinctive features of the Polish free economic zones, the development constraints in the region, and the prospects of cooperation with Lithuania and Russia. The Prime Minister and the Minister for Economy Waldemar Pawlak is expected to take part at the conference.
